King of the North 2020 (Avlyst)

King of the North is an invitational event, but its possible to qualify through an instagram contest and a qualifier.

The registration for the qualifier opens Tuesday 10th of March at 12:00. To join the qualifier you need to be 15+ and you need a MADCARD

For ages battles have ravaged across the cold and hard wastelands of the North. This icy landscape has fostered some of the hardest shredders in snowboarding who have conquered foreign territory for ages. This year, we are back with a vengeance and the stage is set for another epic battle on Norwegian soil. Riders from every corner of the earth will fight it out for the honor of calling themselves King and Queen of the North.  

March 14th Torgeir Bergrem is hosting the second annual King & Queen Of The North in Oslo Vinterpark together with Brettforbundet and Norsk Tipping. We would love to se YOU there!

On Saturday, we will do a Qualification, followed by the notorious Kids of the North competition. We will round the night off with a 1 hour jam session on our world class Big Air to Quarter Pipe setup. Our riders will send chills down your spine as the repeatedly cheat death in a way only world class snowboarders can.

We are bringing back the 50/50 scoring system, where we have a team of judges and the riders themselves vote for their favourite in each of the categories. Riders votes count for half the score, and judges count for the other half.

Saturday March 14th: 11-20 - KOTN - A day full of activities for everyone ages 1-100, and finishing off with an Epic snowboard competition.
